RAD-140, also known as Testolone, is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed to mimic the effects of anabolic steroids without the associated side effects. It was initially created as a potential treatment for muscle wasting diseases, osteoporosis, and age-related loss of muscle mass. RAD-140 binds selectively to androgen receptors in muscle and bone tissue, potentially promoting lean muscle growth while minimizing the stimulation of androgenic receptors in the prostate and other organs.
