Shipping Eligibility
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Please review the following shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery process.
PO Box Deliveries
- Use Standard Shipping via USPS and include your PO Box address.
- If using upgraded shipping, provide a valid physical address instead.
Delivery Responsibility
Packages marked as delivered to the address entered at checkout are only eligible for replacement if confirmed missing or stolen by the carrier.
Contact support@peptidecustom.com within 14 days of the original delivery date for assistance.
Order Accuracy
Ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Once an order is fulfilled and in transit, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, except on holidays.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of receipt.
- During major sales or launches, please allow extra time for processing.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Ships within 1–2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days): Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same day. (*Not guaranteed*)
- UPS Next Day Air: Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same day; otherwise, the next business day.
Note: Expedited orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Overnight delivery is only available Monday–Friday.rns.
